The scope covers products producing heat and electricity with the following technologies:
- fuel cell,
- internal combustion engine and
- external combustion engine.
Products covered: Appliances fueled by gas, delivering an electric power less than or equal to 50kW are covered.
These appliances could include the products with the following configurations:
- an integrated gas auxiliary heat generator
- a heat accumulator
