Things got off to an early start to fit in a packed programme of speakers at The Future of HVAC 2023 Conference, at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. Held from 13–14 September, the conference was hosted by the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH). Eurovent Certita Certification (ECC) supported the event as a trade display sponsor, with Audit Manager, Mohamed Ouhemmou manning the ECC stand.
Held in conjunction with the Building Physics Forum (13th September) and the Big Data and Analytics Forum (14th September), The Future of HVAC 2023 was billed as AIRAH’s future-casting conference, exploring the outlook for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning by looking at the drivers of change. Key topics included:
Now in its 10th year, the annual conference united a broad range of stakeholders including building services consultants and contractors, environmentally sustainable design professionals, architects, tenants, building developers and investors, regulators, researchers, product and technology professionals, service providers, property owners and facility managers, educators and trainers, energy suppliers, workplace designers, and more.
As one of the most important conferences for HVAC&R professionals operating in Australia, Eurovent Certita Certification was keen to get involved. Of course, Mohamed was also on hand to discuss the benefits of certification and using certified products to those visiting the stand. Thanks to all involved in The Future of HVAC 2023 event and for shining a light on the vital role of HVAC&R building services.
