As the doors opened for LE SIFA exhibition - the Interprofessional Exhibition of Refrigeration and its Applications - silver sponsor Eurovent Certita Certification (ECC) was ready to meet the crowds at stand F63. The event, held at the Porte de Versailles, Paris, France, welcomed some 3,700 participants for three-days from the 10th-12th October, with visitors keen to meet the 130 expert exhibitors and partake in the 30 technical conferences and workshops. ECC’s Cross-Functional Project Manager, Sophie Bocquillon, was one of 60 speakers, holding a workshop on “Certified Technologies: Efficient and high-performance refrigeration systems,” exploring the groundbreaking standards that will redefine energy efficiency and performance in our industry.
SIFA is the refrigeration trade fair. It alternates between Paris and Lyon each year to bring together as many refrigeration professionals as possible, including manufacturers, refrigeration installers, end users, design offices and OEMs. On the stands or at conferences, visitors can take stock of the very latest regulatory and technical news to optimise their refrigeration installations, with key topics covered such as F-Gas, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, CEE, and refrigeration maintenance, etc.
Over on stand F63 the Eurovent Certita Certification team was joined by Eurovent Market Intelligence, ProdBIM, and LearnMeUp throughout the event to help visitors share, learn and explore the new frontiers of refrigeration technology. Our team of experts was on hand to discuss:
But it didn’t stop there. On 11th October in the 12 midday lunchtime slot, Sophie Bocquillon presented “Certified Technologies: Efficient and high-performance refrigeration systems.” The workshop offered an in-depth exploration of efficient refrigeration systems. Delegates were first taken on a tour of the latest technologies from certified manufacturers, before learning how to optimise the energy efficiency of their refrigeration systems, while reducing costs and environmental impact. Sophie also explained why certification is essential to ensure the performance and durability of refrigeration systems.
Our thanks go to all those who dropped by the stand and visited the workshop. It was a true pleasure to support SIFA as a silver sponsor, and we look forward to next year’s event in Lyon.
